Prenatal Massage has been enjoyed by women during pregnancy to reduce stress, decrease swelling in the arms and legs, and relieve aches and pains in muscles and joints. For expectant mothers, massage therapy can provide a comforting human touch to help reduce anxiety and depression.

Many massage therapists do not recommend massage in the first trimester or for women with certain health conditions. If you have a health condition, please consult your doctor first as to whether or not prenatal massage is an option for you.
