This incredibly relaxing massage includes "kneading" and long, flowing strokes that seem to squeeze out all the tension, anxiety, and stress. According to your wants and needs, we can vary the pressure from light and gentle to moderate. Swedish massage increases the flow of blood and lymph through the tissues, in order to bring in more nutrients and flush out toxins. It also causes your body to release dopamine and seratonin, hormones which respectively decrease pain and create a sense of wellbeing. The end result is that you walk out feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Our 90 minute sessions also include stretching, to help those muscles stay loose longer.
